Digital Family Office Partners With Singapore's IAFA

IAFA is a wholly owned financial advisory firm of Income Insurance Limited. The pact will bring investment opportunities and advanced financial tools to Singapore’s accredited investors, Arta Finance said in a statement yesterday. IAFA is Arta Finance’s first financial advisory services partner.

The partnership provides IAFA’s accredited investor clients with exclusive access to private markets, structured products, and other investment opportunities that are typically only available to UHNW individuals, Arta Finance said.

Additionally, IAFA will also tap into Arta’s expertise in providing ongoing training for its advisors and financial education events for clients.

“Most digital investment platforms in the market today are still very retail-focused, which limits the range and depth they can provide in areas such as private markets. Our platform is purpose-built to serve the needs of accredited investors and opens up a much wider universe of investment opportunities,” Amanda Ong, country head, Singapore at Arta Finance, said. 

Arta Finance is headquartered in the US and Singapore; the firm is backed by Peak XV, Ribbit Capital, Coatue, EDBI, and more than 140 figures in tech and finance. IAFA is licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The parent firm Income Insurance was established in 1970 in the city-state.

Playing to its tech approach, Arta Finance recently launched an AI tool.

In October 2023, the organisation said it was launching the following elements: private market access; customised public market investments with AI; principal protected growth; protected wealth, via insurance; tax and estate planning services; tax loss harvesting; personal assistance services; and connection services.
